inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency by managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney, and the cities in the US.
We are expanding the inline SDR team and looking for a data-driven professional with strong B2B prospecting capabilities. In this role, you will manage target account lists and conduct outbound prospecting through calls, messages, and emails to identify needs, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality meetings and pipeline for the Business Development (BD) team. You will also track and optimize the outreach and meeting-booking process in a systematic way.
What You’ll Do
Lead Prospecting Qualification
Conduct outbound outreach to potential customers via phone, messaging, and email.Establish initial contact and perform basic discovery to understand customer needs and potential fit.
Needs Discovery Initial Screening
Understand restaurant operations, including reservation methods, staffing, customer segments, pain points, and implementation timeline.Assess whether prospects match the target customer profile and adoption criteria.
Meeting Scheduling Handoff
Schedule BD meetings and complete pre-meeting confirmations.Ensure smooth handoff with complete information, including use cases, pain points, urgency, decision-makers, budget/timeline (if applicable), and next steps.
CRM Management Process Execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Update key fields, statuses, and next actions to ensure data is transparent, traceable, and reviewable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (BD / Marketing / CSM)
Partner with Marketing to improve lead sources and messaging.Align with BD on target profiles and feedback.Collaborate with CSM when needed to understand existing customer scenarios and improve conversion quality.
Continuous Optimization
