About the Role 在這個角色中，你不只是參與影片製作，而是需要一起思考「內容為什麼有效」。 我們期待你在參與節目製作的過程中，不只完成任務，也能持續觀察內容表現，理解一支影片的節奏、資訊安排與情緒轉折，並嘗試從中發現問題、提出優化方向。 你不需要一開始就具備完整的剪輯能力，但我們希望你對內容分析有興趣，願意主動觀察不同平台的影片差異，並思考一支影片的成長原因，而不只是停留在「好不好看」直覺判斷。 👉AT影像實習收穫大公開！ Your Journey at AmazingTalker 第 1 個月，你將有機會接觸： 了解 AmazingTalker 的協作方式及公司文化。 了解團隊正在進行的影像/節目架構、產出輪廓和迭代過程。 能完成基本剪輯任務，並理解現有內容的設計邏輯 第 2 個月，你將有機會接觸： 提升自己的剪輯技巧，開始執行更進階的影像製作任務。 根據目前的影像輪廓與行銷數據回饋，思考如何產出相同或高過目前品質與成效的作品。 與內部剪輯協作，提出具體調整建議，而非單純執行。 第 3 個月，你將有機會接觸： 主動拆解過去的成功和失敗案例，協助發想適用於全球市場的成功影片模版。 拆解不同市場流行的影像風格，規劃能協助新市場發展的影像作品。 提出內容優化假設，並參與實驗與驗證。

語言對：EN-TW/CN-TW 項目領域：字幕影片，綜藝，遊戲等 要求： 1.需要有2年及以上字幕影片或者遊戲本地化行業經驗 2.台灣母語譯者 3.熟練使用字幕翻譯工具，MemoQ，Trados或者Phrase等CAT工具

兼職工作内容介紹：根據客戶提供的source（繁體中文/簡體中文/英文），打字錄入倉頡和注音文字，内容簡單，不涉及翻譯。需要兼職人員熟練運用倉頡和注音這2種輸入法。
