Be a part of the legal department to provide legal and administrative supports to the Company, including the preparation of licensing documentation and the management of registrations with state authorities (business registration, promotion/ campaign process, retails business license, etc.)Administer and maintain the database of legal documentsDuties include but not limited to filing, photocopying, preparing correspondence and scanning of documentsSupport in reviewing Business as Usual (BAU) contracts, guiding other teams to follow the Companys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Assist in Police/Government/Court CasesCollaborate with other departments and external parties where necessaryOther related tasks assigned from time to time
