Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes. Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability. Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business. Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content. Be available for occasional remunerated on-call coverage during the weekend.
