The Occupational Safety Health Coordinator supports the coordination and implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements across GE Vernova’s Taiwan operations, with primary focus on GEVI as a regulated Class A operation. You will support regulatory compliance, GE Vernova EHS programs, and provides administrative and system‑level support to project and operational activities, including construction commissioning (CC) and operations maintenance (OM). This is an entry‑level opportunity for qualified required the valid license mentioned below. RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate occupational safety and health activities to ensure compliance with Taiwan OSH regulations including but not limiting to implementation maintenance of OSH Management aligned with CNS45001 / ISO 45001 and GE Vernova standard; OSH polices, procedures, plans and work instruction etc.Coordinate OSH committee activities, statutory OSH programs, worker health promotion, and legally required OSH plans.Support regulatory self‑inspections, audits, reporting, and engagement with labor inspection authorities.Coordinate OSH education and training programs, including new employee orientation.Deliver mandatory regulatory safety training (6‑hour training) in Chinese and English.Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance tracking.Coordinate office emergency preparedness activities, drills, and fire safety inspections.Support implementation of GE Vernova EHS programs, including Life‑Saving Rules (LSR), audits, inspections, performance tracking, and EHS data reporting.Coordinate collection and reporting of manhours, injury rates, and EHS performance indicators.Maintain Taiwan EHS Hub content, EHS systems, and documentation.Track EHS events, concern reports, and corrective actions; follow up with sites for closure.Provide administrative and system support to CC projects and OM activities.Participate in site visits and inspections as required.Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of EHS personnel across Taiwan entities.Support incident response coordination and documentation.

本職缺主要協助「安妮怎麼了？」導入高品質的科學化救護醫療教育，領域含括救護車到達前(Pre-arrival)民眾初步急救及救護技術員在到院前(Pre-hospital)的救護處置，受眾包含「學生」及「指導員」兩類。 設計及執行民眾及EMT急救教育課程。指導及協助學校老師及急救指導員執行課程。編著復甦教育科學訓練資料。 教學內容及策略應該有所本，本職缺著重下列幾項教學工具及核心能力，提供大家參考： 實證醫學(Evidence-Based Medicine)。混成學習(Blended Learning)。計畫行為論(Theory of Planned Behavior)。刻意練習及精熟學習(Deliberate Practice Mastery Learning)。行為技能訓練(Behavior Skill Training)。 這職缺涵蓋教育科學、救護醫療等跨領域工作，隨著救護醫療領域快速發展，相關需求也逐步增加；因為這是很新的領域，我們了解沒有人曾經做過相關工作，因此這個職缺不要求即戰力，會透過做中學逐步引導你習得上述所需的能力，希望是對領域有興趣、願意花時間投入的人來加入我們！薪資待遇 月薪 $40,000~50,000（依資歷及能力）。上班地點：安妮實驗室（台北市大安區信義路四段333號4樓）。上班時間：每週一到五，每日AM 10:00 ~ PM 07:00。偶爾晚上、週末會有活動，需要配合排班，可補休。

​「安妮怎麼了？」是由社團法人台灣安妮急救教育協會及貓頭鷹之夢有限公司，共同經營之急救教育研發單位，我們著力於新媒體急救教材製作、新型態教育型態開發，以及倡議行銷，透過系統性策略來幫助國內的救護醫療教育系統進入正循環，持續升級教育品質，為了帶來更大的影響力，需要更多夥伴加入。 組織介紹2018年之前，EMT學員只能看著書本上的文字照片練習技術，從那時起我們開發超過100支急救教學影片，讓學習急救更有效率；2020年，我們把翻轉教育帶入CPR+AED訓練中，讓民眾可以先上線上課程，再進行技術練習，用1小時的時間達到過去要3小時才能做到的學習成效；2023年，我們與台北捷運合作，舉辦「閃電CPR挑戰」倡議活動，在月台我們遇到許多想學急救但沒有管道的長者，補足教育系統的盲區。2025年，配合衛福部政策，我們以急救教育科學的經驗，在全台辦理緊急止血課程指導員工作坊，幫助各地建構在地的緊急止血教育系統。 工作內容課程推廣專員，主要負責推動高品質急救課程於各類場域落地，並依年度規劃協助籌辦世界急救日等倡議活動。A. 急救教育課程作業及問題諮詢 依照單位需求，提供客製化課程方案。安排指導員及教具，並進行專案管理追蹤。負責課程報名及課前準備工作。課程執行時行政工作及處理突發狀況，必要時須擔任助教。 B. 執行校園急救教育支持計畫 舉辦教師工作坊，包含場地租賃、教具準備、行政文書等。協助學校進行教具申請，並進行問題諮詢及成效追蹤。舉辦偏遠地區之安妮急救營。 C. 執行其他應用導入及倡議行銷專案 執行世界急救日或籌劃其他倡議行銷活動。 薪資待遇 月薪 $35,000~45,000（依資歷及能力逐年調整）。上班地點：安妮實驗室（台北市大安區信義路四段333號4樓）。上班時間：每週一到五，每日AM 10:00 ~ PM 07:00。依工作需求，將協調參與晚上或週末課程活動，可補休。 工作模式＆福利 辦公室位於捷運信義安和站步行 5 分鐘，生活機能便利。以 Slack 作為主要溝通工具，下班即靜音，創造工作生活平衡。​到職滿一年以上，提供EMT初訓半額補助（EMT-P訓練需另約定）。
