Customer Service Executive
职缺描述
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, WhatsApp, chatbot and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Handle customer inquiries related to account setup, transactions, disputes, and product features.
- Assist Mandarin-speaking customers while ensuring seamless communication for English-speaking users.
- Resolve transaction disputes and provide clear guidance on payment processes and company policies.
- Verify customer identities and support KYC processes.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Technical Support, to resolve escalated cases.
- Educate customers on platform features, security policies, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information.
职务需求
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) – this is a mandatory requirement.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of payment processing, KYC procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
