Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, WhatsApp, chatbot and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to account setup, transactions, disputes, and product features.
  • Assist Mandarin-speaking customers while ensuring seamless communication for English-speaking users.
  • Resolve transaction disputes and provide clear guidance on payment processes and company policies.
  • Verify customer identities and support KYC processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Technical Support, to resolve escalated cases.
  • Educate customers on platform features, security policies, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) – this is a mandatory requirement.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of payment processing, KYC procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
