The IT team operates in a highly international environment, closely collaborating with European stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with global leadership and take ownership of enterprise-level SAP strategy and transformation. Responsibilities Lead an international SAP team (9–12 members, mainly based in Europe) Drive global SAP S/4 HANA rollout and implementation Enhance SAP standardization across global operations Collaborate with business units to resolve complex SAP (FI/CO) issues Participate in future system architecture and process design Manage cross-regional projects and stakeholder alignment Tech Stack SAP S/4 HANA / SAP R3 Master Data Management ETL Processes SAP FI / CO System Integration Enterprise Applications Additional Information Direct reporting line to European Director (based in Germany)Exposure to CIO-level stakeholdersBusiness travel to Europe required (less than3 months/year)Flexible working hours (7:30–9:30 AM start)

1. 安排製造與包裝人員日常工作，確保生產排程準時完成 2. 督導 SLS 3D 列印、HFIP 拋光、與包裝流程，落實SOP與工單執行 3. 審核與簽核製程及包裝紀錄，確保文件正確性與合規性 4. 處理製程異常事件，啟動偏差調查或 CAPA 並追蹤改善結果 5. 培訓製程與包裝人員，確保作業資格與技能達標 6. 協調跨部門（研發、資材、品保等），排除生產瓶頸 7. 分析產能利用率、良率與報廢率，推動持續改善計畫 8. 維持生產區整潔與安全，落實醫療器材製造環境規範（ISO 13485） 9. 提出製程優化建議與作業文件修訂需求，提報主管審查 10. 支援稽核與認證相關製造資料的準備與內部查核 11. 執行主管交辦事項
