With solid financial performance and continuous expansion, the organization is driving global digital transformation initiatives. The IT team operates in a highly international environment, closely collaborating with European stakeholders.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with global leadership and take ownership of enterprise-level SAP strategy and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an international SAP team (9–12 members, mainly based in Europe)
  • Drive global SAP S/4 HANA rollout and implementation
  • Enhance SAP standardization across global operations
  • Collaborate with business units to resolve complex SAP (FI/CO) issues
  • Participate in future system architecture and process design
  • Manage cross-regional projects and stakeholder alignment

Additional Information

  • Direct reporting line to European Director (based in Germany)
  • Exposure to CIO-level stakeholders
  • Business travel to Europe required (less than 3 months/year)
  • Flexible working hours (7:30–9:30 AM start)

Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SAP implementation or large-scale projects
  • Proven experience managing international teams
  • Solid understanding of business processes (Finance / Controlling preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory, as reporting line is overseas)
  • Background in tech or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and accountable
