What is Management Trainee Mandarin Speaker Program?
Management Trainee Mandarin Speaker (MTMS) is a 12-months intensive program in which employee are provided with a unique opportunity to interact with local and global business leaders to learn more about the electronic home appliance industry business.

What Will You Do?
- Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the-job training at Haier Sales Indonesia
- Rotation to all department at Haier Sales Indonesia
- Accomplished study case
- Accomplished several projects in each department
- Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy
- Analyze major or minor cases in each department
- Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case
- Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem
- Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations
- Join the regular activities in each department
Persyaratan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (International graduate from China/Taiwan are welcome)
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Has campus organizational experiences, high integrity, positive
- Attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill
- Fluent in Mandarin & English both written and verbal
