What is Management Trainee Mandarin Speaker Program?

Management Trainee Mandarin Speaker (MTMS) is a 12-months intensive program in which employee are provided with a unique opportunity to interact with local and global business leaders to learn more about the electronic home appliance industry business.

What Will You Do?

  1. Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the-job training at Haier Sales Indonesia
  2. Rotation to all department at Haier Sales Indonesia
  3. Accomplished study case
  4. Accomplished several projects in each department
  5. Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy
  6. Analyze major or minor cases in each department
  7. Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case
  8. Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem
  9. Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations
  10. Join the regular activities in each department

Requirements

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (International graduate from China/Taiwan are welcome)
  2. Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
  3. Has campus organizational experiences, high integrity, positive
  4. Attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill
  5. Fluent in Mandarin & English both written and verbal
