About the Role

The client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in sales, business development, and outbound prospecting.

As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating opportunities for our clients by identifying potential leads, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential prospects and target companies

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and client requirements

  • Book and confirm sales meetings for clients

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads in the CRM

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve messaging and targeting

  • Continuously learn about client industries, products, and ideal customer profiles

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections
  • Willingness to learn sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach techniques
  • English proficiency is a plus (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven
