【工作內容】
1. 文字客服：服務客戶說明線上開戶流程、介紹公司活動及產品、查詢帳務、文件申請等
2. 電話客服：銀行帳務查詢、一般資料異動、簽帳金融卡掛失/解鎖、AML定審、基金帳務查詢等
3. 視訊客服：網路銀行帳號密碼重置、重大資料異動、貸款視訊對保、銷戶作業等
4. 處理客戶抱怨和聆聽客戶心聲以利日後系統過版改善優化
5. 協助轉介房貸、信貸及貴賓理財用戶等產品給相關銷售專員，以增加公司收益
【工作時間】輪班（0900-2200區間上班）
