5.建立符合企業文化的人才發展體制,以有系統的架構模式培訓員工,強化企業的人才資
本。
6.建立績效管理與薪酬制度、調薪政策、獎酬制度、退休金制度,以維持企業的競爭力,留
下優秀人才。
7.打造友善職場,促進優質工作環境,調解勞資爭議、處理員工等特殊人力資源相關議題。
8.人才激勵與留任、接班人計畫制訂及執行。
9.建構集團人力資源資訊系統架構,定期分析人力資源管理性報表,以作為人力發展的依
