Job SummaryResponsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in the AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) production plant to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The role supports daily production activities by minimizing electrical downtime and ensuring all electrical equipment operates according to safety and operational standards.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical equipment in the AAC production line, including mixers, cutting machines, conveyors, autoclaves, compressors, and motors.Troubleshoot electrical faults in control panels, motors, sensors, and plant electrical systems.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.Support installation, wiring, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machinery.Monitor plant electrical systems such as MCC panels, control panels, and power distribution systems.Assist engineers in diagnosing complex electrical or automation issues.Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.Support plant shutdown maintenance and improvement projects.
