Job Description
Job Summary
oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met
Job Responsibilities
Production Scheduling: Planning and executing production schedules to meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets.
Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and mentoring production staff to ensure high performance.
Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring products meet company specifications and strict compliance with health and safety (OHS) regulations.
Operational Efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks and troubleshooting malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize workflows.
Resource Management: Monitoring inventory levels, materials, and equipment functionality.
Reporting: Preparing reports on production progress, performance, and issues for senior management
Requirements
Diploma in civil or equivalent
preferably 2 years experience in construction or precast manufacturing
fresh graduate encourage to apply
