【職位核心 Mission】 作為 Commercial Team 的營運中樞，您將負責將 60-70 位業務同仁的外部需求，精準轉化為符合公司規範的內部流程。此職位結合了「特定病人用藥計畫 (NPU)」的行政協調與「企業營運系統」的數位管理，是確保公司商業活動合規運作的關鍵角色。 【核心職責 Key Responsibilities】 1. 商業活動合規與後勤 (Commercial Support Logistics) - 需求轉化： 協助業務發起外部講師邀約，開立內部採購訂單 (PO) 並追蹤審批進度。 - 行政核銷： 負責醫師 (HCP) 講員費、交通費之單據核對、簽署及請款作業。 - 活動執行： 協調活動場地、餐食及外部公關公司，確保每月 10-20 場活動順利落地。2. 特定病人用藥計畫 (Named Patient Use Program) - 計畫協調： 擔任 NPU 計畫的行政窗口，提供日常溝通協調與相關文件支持。 - 流程控管： 確保計畫執行符合政府法規與公司內部標準作業程序 (SOP)。 3. 企業系統營運管理 (System Management) - 系統維護： 負責如 CET、Dragonfly、VeevaEvents 等全球系統的數據輸入與資訊追蹤。 - 報告監測： 定期產出指標報告 (Metrics)，協助主管監控營運績效與預算使用。 - 問題排除： 擔任系統第一線窗口，協調並處理跨部門使用者的操作問題。

In this role, you will apply your clinical, research, or diagnostic expertise to review AI-generated content, design realistic medical scenarios, and define rigorous evaluation standards that reflect real-world practice and patient safety. This is a flexible, remote freelance opportunity that can be done alongside your existing clinical, academic, or research commitments.
