Job Information

Report To:IE Supervisor
Job Summary
Support the IE team in work design, work instruction preparation, production data analysis, and layout development to improve productivity and reduce labor costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions (WI) for pilot builds and mass production
- Collect and analyze cycle time data to support process improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Assist in creating and updating production line layouts
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and reduce labor costs
- Support IE engineers in evaluating labor requirements during New Product Introduction (NPI) and collecting data for labor cost analysis
