Job Summary

Support the IE team in work design, work instruction preparation, production data analysis, and layout development to improve productivity and reduce labor costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions (WI) for pilot builds and mass production
• Collect and analyze cycle time data to support process improvement and efficiency enhancement
• Assist in creating and updating production line layouts
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and reduce labor costs
• Support IE engineers in evaluating labor requirements during New Product Introduction (NPI) and collecting data for labor cost analysis
