[Lum-Chang] Quantity Surveyor (Intern)

· Assist in the pre-contract or post-contract of fast-track projects
· Evaluate price comparison and costing summary
· Do measurement and preparation of bills of quantities
· Prepare quotations
· Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.
· Maintenance of proper documentation of events at site for variation order / Extension of Time (EOT) claim

• Possess a Degree in Project and Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or its equivalent
· Other pre-requisites are meticulous, be able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance, good analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
