Job SummaryDrive specification and inclusion of Starken AAC products in architects’ and developers’ tender drawings and standard Bills of Quantities (BQ). Job SummaryA Lab Technician is responsible for performing quality control testing on concrete and related materials, both in the laboratory and at construction sites. The Lab technician ensures that all tests comply with industry standards and client specifications and helps maintain consistent concrete quality.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct standard tests on raw materials and concrete (e.g., slump, incoming sand and Aggregate, compressive strength, cube/field-testing preparation).Visit project sites to perform on-site sampling, slump testing, and casting of concrete cube specimens.Transport test samples from the site to the laboratory as per procedures.Calibrate and maintain laboratory and field-testing equipment.Prepare and maintain accurate testing records, Google Drive summary, and reports.Support QA/QC inspections and report any non-conformances found during testing.Maintain cleanliness and safety in both laboratory and field environments.Coordinate with site engineers and batching plant staff to ensure timely testing.Support RD and QC Engineer/Executive for concrete mix improvement.

The role supports daily production activities by minimizing electrical downtime and ensuring all electrical equipment operates according to safety and operational standards.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical equipment in the AAC production line, including mixers, cutting machines, conveyors, autoclaves, compressors, and motors.Troubleshoot electrical faults in control panels, motors, sensors, and plant electrical systems.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.Support installation, wiring, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machinery.Monitor plant electrical systems such as MCC panels, control panels, and power distribution systems.Assist engineers in diagnosing complex electrical or automation issues.Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.Support plant shutdown maintenance and improvement projects.
