[Chin Hin] Assistant Manager – Production

Job Summary
Oversee production operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while managing resources, resolving issues, and meeting production schedules.

Job Responsibilities
1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
2 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training to the supervisor and worker.
3. Ensure all product and mould requirements are taken into account from the initial product mock to the mass production.
4. Ensure all the production schedule is meet up and reporting any manufacturing reject/Quality control to the Superior.
5. Plan all the resources related to the production line i.e machinery , mould , workers, transportation frame etc.
6. To monitor initial casting preparation by Pre pour checklist initiate by Supervisor.
7. To ensure all the system in place and execute by the schedule.
8. To monitor stock level of product and raw material and put requisation in advance.
9. Perform other duties assigned by management/plant manager/production manager.

1. Degree in Civil engineering/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 3 years experience in-charge of manufacturing field.
3. preferably with precast experience.
