[Chin Hin] Logistic Executive

Job Summary
The Logistic Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure efficient movement, storage, and delivery of materials and finished goods. This role coordinating with site and transporter and ensuring timely delivery while optimizing logistics costs. The position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations within the manufacturing supply chain.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate transportation, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking.
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as delivery orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Investigate and resolve logistics issues such as delivery delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies.

Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and transportation management.
Experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
