Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in the AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) production plant to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The role supports daily production activities by minimizing electrical downtime and ensuring all electrical equipment operates according to safety and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical equipment in the AAC production line, including mixers, cutting machines, conveyors, autoclaves, compressors, and motors.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in control panels, motors, sensors, and plant electrical systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
Support installation, wiring, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machinery.
Monitor plant electrical systems such as MCC panels, control panels, and power distribution systems.
Assist engineers in diagnosing complex electrical or automation issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
Support plant shutdown maintenance and improvement projects.

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment (experience in AAC plant is an advantage).
Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, sensors, and industrial equipment.
Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial automation is an added advantage.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Possess electrical competency certificate (e.g., Wireman PW2/PW4) is an advantage.
Willing to work ad hoc hours and be on call when required to support plant operations.
