[Lum-Chang] BIM Modeller

· Reporting to Assistant Manager, Digital
· Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software.
· Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
· Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
· Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs
· To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health
· To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation

· Possess a Degree in Architecture or Civil /Construction Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry
· Be proficient in BIM, Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Naviswork
· Experienced in production of shop drawings
· Other pre-requisites are be able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance, good analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
