Supporting business leaders in implementing and maintaining key IT initiatives and services. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of IT projects to enhance local business performance.Liaise with local business leaders and Global ITMaintain support of the infrastructure design, and all supporting design documents;Collaborates with service providers and external vendors on root cause analysis for problems related to technology and provide detailed diagnostic information when required.Develop the relevant policies and procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve users’ satisfactionProvide Level 1/2/3 Troubleshooting on infrastructure issues reported from business users;Collaborates with service providers and external vendors on root cause analysis for problems related to technology and provide detailed diagnostic information when required.Communicate clearly to users the cause and resolution of IT issues in a timely and polite manner (Some users will be in remote locations);Research, test and implement new systems to improve efficiencies and satisfy user requests.Provide technical input into vendors proposal, change requests, and incident managementExecute standard administration tasks such as reviewing system logs, monitor jobs and responding to system alerts;Support the business in the governance and management of vendors covering desktop, mobile, networking, and data centre services with technical input;Administer the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, email accounts and security rights within active directory;Leading the IT team to manage team’s performance and engagement level.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Develop and standardize the policies and procedures for the sustainable growth of the team. Establishing and accomplishing business objectives by managing staff. Major Responsibilities: Oversees Taoglas Taoyuan ME team, daily operations & people managementWork closely with cross-functional team members within Taiwan and spread out across the globe to influence and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.Assist new project development (IOT/Autonomous driving/APAC/NASAC/EMEA)Survey and audit new suppliersAssist trial and sample run in the process to get products into production. Confirmation new development tooling situationRecognized subject matter expert in mechanical component technologies, design practices, specialty materials, fabrication methods, should cost dynamics and quality assurance systemsPart recognition.Inspection of new raw material and product dimension/New raw materials pass full recognition process/Confirm that the supplier provides the accuracy of the material.Create IDW/EDW drawing and ESP (Electrical Specification) & PSD( Packaging Specification Drawing) document.EC requirementAssist in completing the EC form application demand/Analysis of engineering change feasibility/Update all of drawings and documents to meet requirementTechnical support Assist in analyzing product failure reasons/Analyze in RMA issues/Provide technical instructions and guideline to relevant departments/For supplier and internal departments on technical communication bridgeBOM built on SAP systemPerform other related duties as assigned by management.Package: Negotiable
