Main Purpose
Lead the IT team in Taiwan and the wider APAC Region. Supporting business leaders in implementing and maintaining key IT initiatives and services.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of IT projects to enhance local business performance.Liaise with local business leaders and Global ITMaintain support of the infrastructure design, and all supporting design documents;Collaborates with service providers and external vendors on root cause analysis for problems related to technology and provide detailed diagnostic information when required.Develop the relevant policies and procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve users’ satisfactionProvide Level 1/2/3 Troubleshooting on infrastructure issues reported from business users;Collaborates with service providers and external vendors on root cause analysis for problems related to technology and provide detailed diagnostic information when required.Communicate clearly to users the cause and resolution of IT issues in a timely and polite manner (Some users will be in remote locations);Research, test and implement new systems to improve efficiencies and satisfy user requests.Provide technical input into vendors proposal, change requests, and incident managementExecute standard administration tasks such as reviewing system logs, monitor jobs and responding to system alerts;Support the business in the governance and management of vendors covering desktop, mobile, networking, and data centre services with technical input;Administer the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, email accounts and security rights within active directory;Leading the IT team to manage team’s performance and engagement level.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
