Project Management and Initiatives
- Serve as the central coordination point of contact for strategic projects, lead and steer cross-functional teams including product and operations teams.
- Structure workstreams, define success metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
Business Growth & Performance Analytics
- Conduct robust analysis to uncover key drivers of category, seller, and marketplace performance.
- Build data-backed recommendations to accelerate growth, optimize operational efficiency, and improve both topline and bottomline KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor business health and surface actionable insights.
Product & Process Improvement
- Shape product and feature development by consolidating business requirements, evaluating use cases, and assessing impact.
- Partner with product and engineering teams throughout testing, rollout, and iteration cycles.
- Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvements to enhance speed, scalability, and quality of execution.
