Promotion Operation Associate - Marketing, Shopee
职缺描述
- Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotions programs:
- Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, freeship voucher and other type of vouchers
- Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals and other type of pricetags
- Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
- Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
- Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
- Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.
- Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process.
- Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience.
- Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

- Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
