Campaign Operation Associate - Marketing, Shopee

Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (Business Development, Marketing, Campaign, Game, etc.) to execute campaign landing pages, banners, onsite and games exposures according to business priorities.
- Allocate Homepage slots and control Other assets (Home squares, overlay,...) for implementation. Perform live checks on all On-site visibility to ensure quality.
- Set up and pre-check microsites, homepages, non-landing page slots, activity banners, and campaign games to ensure quality and a seamless user experience. Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns, validating requirements, and monitoring urgent request queues.
- Manage voucher requests for Campaign & Game teams, as well as Sitewide vouchers, ensuring proper planning and execution.
- Collaborate with compliance teams (Legal, Finance, Tax,...) and relevant teams for declaring promotional programs.
- Communicate updates and resolve issues effectively to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Maintain confidentiality of campaign information.
- Follow shift arrangements and perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to quickly adapt to dynamic and fast-changing work environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn other tools/systems.
