Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit intern and entry-level positions.
- Support the new joiners signing and collecting onboarding documents.
- Scan and archive employee onboarding files.
- Update and manage candidate data and records.
- Draft and post recruitment content/communications on job platforms.
- Assist in career fairs, office visits, and career events.
- Format candidate CVs according to Savills’ standard template for submission to BOC/Landlords/clients.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.).
