Sales Executive Jakarta

Job description:

• Build and maintain relationship with Tour Agents & Retail Customers
• Make direct sales to prospective clients
• Act as a contact center for their clients.
• Help make sales, handle client complaints, collect and analyze data, and improve the overall customer experience
• Build mutually beneficial long- term relationships with their Clients
• Strive to find the product that best suits the individual needs of the client
• Search and process sales database
• Develop sales activity plans, conduct prospecting and product presentations, to achieve sales targets
• Carrying out the sales process up to the after sales stage
• Go door-to-door to introduce the employer’s offers to potential and existing customers and make calls to follow-up, make pitches and process orders
• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of the product, service or policies being canvassed to convince people to buy the proposals
• Attend industry events and exhibitions including fairs, rallies and shows

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 from any major
• Have experience working with Tour Agents & Retail Customers
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills
• Have a strong database of potential clients and/or customers is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Fast learner and fast thinker
• Eager to achieve sales targets
