What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries and provide online support, addressing questions about exchange operations, account management, and trading processes.
Communicate with customers in the target language to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient problem resolution.
Collect customer feedback and suggestions, collaborating with the team to improve service processes and user experience.
Manage high work pressure and adhere to rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve customer service and professional skills.
What We Look for in You
Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in languages, finance, or related fields).Fluent reading and writing skills in the target language, enabling smooth communication with local customers.Strong English communication skills to accurately understand and convey work content.1+ years of experience in customer service or related positions (experience in finance or crypto exchanges is a plus).Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.Proficiency in computer and office software, with basic internet knowledge.

5-day workweek with 2 days offCustomer service 3-shift rotation:Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMAfternoon: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AMNight: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Night shift allowance: 15U per shift)Remote work available
