- Build & execute integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) for new product launches with deep understanding of target audience & product story.
- Plan & manage master content calendar, focusing on social-first & product-focused contents.
- Lead/manage production of campaign key assets (TVC, KV, Shoton, launch event content & other digital materials).
- Identify & assess campaign risks (creative, timeline, budget, communication) through proactive planning, and real-time monitoring & quick actions proposal.
- Manage event planning & execution (online/offline launch events, experiential activations).
- Monitor & evaluate campaign performance using data tools; provide real-time optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate tightly with internal teams (Product, Channel MKT, PR, Media) & external partners/agencies to ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time & on budget.
- Build & maintain relationships with key vendors, LEAD KOL, Brand Ambassadors.
