  • Build & execute integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) for new product launches with deep understanding of target audience & product story.
  • Plan & manage master content calendar, focusing on social-first & product-focused contents.
  • Lead/manage production of campaign key assets (TVC, KV, Shoton, launch event content & other digital materials).
  • Identify & assess campaign risks (creative, timeline, budget, communication) through proactive planning, and real-time monitoring & quick actions proposal.
  • Manage event planning & execution (online/offline launch events, experiential activations).
  • Monitor & evaluate campaign performance using data tools; provide real-time optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate tightly with internal teams (Product, Channel MKT, PR, Media) & external partners/agencies to ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time & on budget.
  • Build & maintain relationships with key vendors, LEAD KOL, Brand Ambassadors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in tech/smartphone, FMCG or agency
  • Have ability to deep dive into product understanding & translate into creative ideas and compelling storytelling.
  • Passionate about smartphones, technology trends & digital culture; understanding of OPPO products is a big plus.
  • Strong digital mindset: experienced in social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), content planning, short video production, and social commerce
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in Vietnamese; & good command of English
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced, project-based environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills: able to lead and mentor a small team of 2-3 members (juniors, freelancers, or agency staff).
  • Creative yet analytical: balance big ideas with data-driven decisions.
  • Team player with strong ownership; able to multitask across multiple launches.
  • Experience in event support/activation or key asset production is highly preferred.
