Omnichat (原Easychat）創辦於 2017年，是來自香港的新創企業，專注於發展全通路對話式商務 (Omnichannel Chat Commerce)。涉及技術和產品包括串接官網對話及整合不同社群通訊軟體， 跨渠道用戶數據追蹤，全通路線上線下 OMO 導購銷售，Live Chat、Chatbot、自動化跨渠道再行銷，快速讓客戶營收成長及提升銷售轉換。目前正擴大市場版圖：台灣、香港、馬來西亞、新加坡等多個亞洲城市品牌客戶。

【Responsibilities】
・負責日常 HR Operations，包括員工入離職與人事異動流程、員工文件管理、HR 系統資料維護及相關行政作業。
・負責薪酬與獎金資料整理與計算，確保資料準確並能與相關部門進行核對。
・維護 HR 系統與人事資料的正確性，並定期整理與產出 HR 相關報表與數據。
・辦理 勞保、健保及團體保險相關作業，並作為保險相關事項之 HR 窗口。
・負責績效管理流程之執行與管理，包含流程追蹤及 PIP 文件管理與進度控管。
・與各部門主管保持溝通、員工關懷與員工關係維護。
・舉辦勞資會議相關作業，並參與 HR 專案（如流程優化、制度與系統改善）。

【Requirement】
・人力資源、企業管理或相關科系學士學位。
・具 3–5 年以上 HR Operations、HR Generalist 或 Payroll 相關經驗。
・具薪酬或 commission 計算經驗者佳。
・對數字具敏感度，細心且具良好資料整理能力。
・具備良好的溝通能力，能與部門主管進行日常對接。
・具 IT / 新創產業背景者優先。
・熟悉 Mac OS 及 Google Workspace。
・具備良好組織能力，能同時處理多項任務。
・具高度保密意識與責任感。
・若具更豐富經驗，將視情況考慮聘任為資深職位。

【Responsibilities】
・Manage daily HR Operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel change processes, employee document management, HR system data maintenance, and related administrative tasks.
・Handle payroll and bonus processing, ensuring accurate calculation and data organization, while aligning and verifying data with relevant departments.
・Maintain HR system and data integrity, regularly compiling and generating HR-related reports and metrics.
・Administer statutory and company benefits, including Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance (NHI), and group insurance, serving as the primary HR contact for all insurance-related matters.
・Execute and manage performance management processes, including tracking cycles, managing Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) documentation, and monitoring progress.
・Foster employee relations, maintaining proactive communication with department managers and conducting employee care initiatives.
・Organize Labor-Management Conferences and actively participate in HR projects, such as process optimization, policy refinement, and system improvements.

【Requirements】
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
・3–5+ years of relevant experience as an HR Operations Specialist, HR Generalist, or Payroll Specialist.
・Experience in payroll or sales commission calculation is highly preferred (a plus).
・High sensitivity to numbers, detail-oriented, with excellent data organization skills.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to seamlessly interface with department heads on a daily basis.
・Previous experience in the IT or startup industry is highly preferred.
・Proficiency in Mac OS and Google Workspace.
・Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
・A strong sense of responsibility and a high standard of confidentiality.
・Note: Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior-level role.
