【Job Summary】售前顧問作為業務與技術單位之間的重要溝通橋樑。協助業務端進行技術支援、判斷可行性。針對內部業務同仁進行基礎技術及產品教學、簡介,製作相關文件,協助業務順利簽約。 面對大型且複雜的專案,也有機會與客戶接觸,展現Omnichat 專業As a Presales Consultant / Engineer, you play a key role in providing technical support to the sales team in the pre-sales stage and delivering customised product demonstrations to clients. In this position, you will have the chance to perform Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration, and presentations on the supported products solutions.【Responsibilities】・提供具商業性的技術支援,協助售前業務團隊銷售或創造新合作機會・替客戶規劃產品、規格或解決方案,並提供相關資料向客戶簡報說明・根據客戶的需求或既有設備,規劃詳細的開發規格和工作說明,以利開發團隊進行後續工作・積極參與並管理專案進度、產品試用和POC・能有效且明確的與內外部進行溝通,並整合相關資訊、規劃專案進度。・統整客戶需求訪談、使用回饋,了解市場趨勢,歸納並提供創新產品解決方案,讓業務團隊及產品團隊能更熟悉,增加Omnichat顧問服務專業度・協助售後團隊處理客戶的技術問題,並統整相關資訊,建立良好循環的內部訓練系統。・Technically and commercially support the sales process – initiatives, upsells and new opportunities.・Obtain and review client’s requirements as to propose the best-fit solutions to fulfil client’s needs・Prepare and deliver solution for customer, including presentation, demonstration, PoC, proposal writing・Responsible for solution design and Scope of Work・Work and communicate efficiently with the clients, internal and external.・Enabling new sales opportunities by constantly collecting information about clients' new changes in requirements・Facilitate solution implementation management in post-sales stage・Actively work with product engineering team help them in addressing any technical post-sales issues
