Job Description
- Manage and grow relationships with resellers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Onboard new resellers and provide training on product offerings, sales strategies, and commission structures.
- Monitor reseller performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase engagement.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the reseller network.
- Act as the main point of contact for resellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize the reseller program.
- Track performance metrics and provide reports on reseller growth, revenue, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments to enhance reseller success and program competitiveness.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken) – Mandatory
- 2+ years experience in account management, channel sales, or reseller program management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking softwar
5,500 ~ 20,000 MYR / month
