We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to head our Customer Collaboration team. This is a supply chain role to build and manage the bridge between Sales and Operations.
You will be the architect of the operational interface between Logitech and our major partners, translating commercial demand into seamless supply chain execution. As the Senior Manager, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a team of specialists, ensuring that our logistics, replenishment, and planning strategies deliver world-class product availability and cost efficiency.

Strategic Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Collaboration team. You will be responsible for organizational design, talent development, and setting the strategic roadmap for how Logitech interacts operationally with the European market.
CPFR & S&OP Orchestration: Lead and drive the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process. You will ensure that customer-level demand signals are accurately integrated into our internal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles.
Operational Excellence: Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle for strategic accounts, focusing on On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and minimizing channel inventory aging/excess.
Supply Chain Value Creation: Act as the primary operational liaison for Regional Commercial Organizations. Your goal is to optimize the "Total Cost to Serve" while maintaining elite service levels.
Advanced Analytics: Oversee the development of complex dashboards to track supply chain health, including inventory velocity, order linearity, and replenishment accuracy.
Process Engineering: Identify structural gaps in the supply chain interface and implement sustainable, scalable solutions (e.g., VMI programs, automated replenishment, or logistics network optimization).
Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, or Logistics Operations, specifically within a consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Proven Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing professional teams. You must demonstrate a track record of building operational capability and leading through influence.
Technical SCM Knowledge: Deep expertise in CPFR, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), and S&OP processes. You understand the mechanics of how a product moves from a factory to a retail shelf.
Analytical Rigor: Expert-level understanding of supply chain KPIs (OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, WOS). Ability to use data to tell a story and drive operational change.
Education: University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA or APICS certification preferred).
Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage the natural tension between Sales (Demand) and Supply Chain (Constraint) to find the optimal business outcome.
