Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Fractional Project / Program Manager to help drive execution across multiple initiatives within the XView platform. This position may grow into a full time position. This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring that distributed teams stay aligned, projects move forward, and deliverables are completed on time. You will work directly with the founder and engineering teams to help manage complex technical initiatives involving AI, mobile apps, and hardware integration. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across the XView ecosystem • Track progress against project milestones • Ensure engineering teams remain aligned on deliverables Execution Management • Break large projects into clear tasks and milestones • Track deliverables across internal and external contributors • Identify blockers early and escalate issues Engineering Coordination Work with teams involved in: • AI / Computer vision model development • iOS mobile application development • hardware sensor integration (radar, cameras) • backend infrastructure and APIs Translate technical discussions into clear action plans and timelines. External Partner Coordination • Coordinate projects with external contractors or vendors • Track deliverables from SDK partners and engineering contributors • Ensure integrations meet product requirements Operational Systems • Maintain project dashboards and status updates • Run regular project check-ins with contributors • Implement lightweight processes to improve team efficiency Expected Time Commitment Typically: • 15–25 hours per week Workload may increase during major product launches or releases.
