SOCIAL MEDIA/ DIGITAL CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
• Creates and proposes monthly posting plan to Marketing Manager and update content in all digital channels after approved
• Works with Hotel team to come up with new promotions and run campaign through relevant digital and social media channels.
• Regularly monitors competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMER CARE
• Increases sales through the identification and cultivation of new customers
• Develops a detailed data base of potential new customer/clients for the business
• Carry out monthly analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends
• Regularly updates to guests about promotions by sending email marketing or telesales
• Assists guests in making reservation
OTHER DUTY: support Marketing Manager in hotel’s marketing activities
• Engages in online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
• Assists Marketing Manager to manage hotel’s social media content and responses, thinks of new ideas such as contests, weekly posts to keep up all social media platforms of the hotel
• Supports execution of hotel sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
• Assists with photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership
• Support in administrative tasks when required
