1. Brand & Marketing:
- Brand Campaign Support: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring brand initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Brand Monitoring: Track brand performance and report on campaign effectiveness; conduct market, competitor, and customer insights research to support brand strategy.
- Administrative Support: Assist with event organization, vendor management, and internal brand communication tasks.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Agency, Bancassurance, CX, etc.) to implement projects.
2. Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Support the Marketing team in implementing content for FWD’s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, internal platforms if any).
- Assist in drafting captions and short content following brand guidelines; check basic formatting, spelling, and visuals before posting.
- Help track posting schedules and compile simple performance metrics (engagement, reactions).
- Support administrative and coordination tasks such as preparing documents, checklists, and timelines for marketing activities.
- Assist in communication and progress updates with external partners such as agencies, production vendors
- Participate in internal training sessions to understand the brand, products, and marketing processes.
3. Customer Experience:
- Support drafting and reviewing customer communication materials (email, message content, simple announcements, internal CX updates).
- Assist in coordinating CX initiatives, campaigns, and internal programs to promote customer-centric culture.
- Support organizing CX-related events, workshops, roadshows, or sharing sessions (planning, materials, coordination).
- Support preparation of simple presentations, communication decks, and engagement materials.
- Assist CX team in preparing VOC insights & Report for internal CX initiative
- Provide general support for ongoing CX projects as assigned.
4. Customer Care:
- Support execution of care activities for corporate and individual customers..
- Support Customer Care projects including tracking progress, consolidating information and preparing basic documentation.
- Collect, consolidate and maintain customer care data; support daily/monthly reports and dashboards. .
- Support coordination with internal teams and external vendors for customer care activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall customer experience strategy.
- - Implement and support daily assigned tasks related to customer care.
