職缺描述
- Conduct onboarding sales training program, refreshment sales training program, and Know Your Apps product knowledge test to increase the sales conversion rate from canvassing to closing.
- Provide continuous support during the sales team’s at Pro Aesthetics Asia to increase the sales team’s retention rate.
- Create, socialize, and maintain SOP in handling customers (potential customers) to ensure standardization of the sales’ excellent customer service.
- Assist Management in monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan.
- Measure strength and things that need to improve for all of the sales.
- Conduct administrative updates, announcements, and training.
職務需求
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales training and development experience.
- Must have experience doing field or customer-facing work in Sales.
- Experience in leading non-direct subordinates.
- Exposure to Aesthetic Equipment (preferable).
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to design effective sales training programs
- Great interpersonal
