Conduct onboarding sales training program, refreshment sales training program, and Know Your Apps product knowledge test to increase the sales conversion rate from canvassing to closing.
Provide continuous support during the sales team’s at Pro Aesthetics Asia to increase the sales team’s retention rate.
Create, socialize, and maintain SOP in handling customers (potential customers) to ensure standardization of the sales’ excellent customer service.
Assist Management in monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan.
Measure strength and things that need to improve for all of the sales.
Conduct administrative updates, announcements, and training.

Minimum 2-3 years of sales training and development experience.
Must have experience doing field or customer-facing work in Sales.
Experience in leading non-direct subordinates.
Exposure to Aesthetic Equipment (preferable).
Solid communication and presentation abilities
Ability to design effective sales training programs
