- Follow up potential customers through chat and telephone with daily target call list
- Work independently and/or in a team to achieve monthly target
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times by ensure customer satisfaction
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the lead (make appointment)
- Communicate the latest information, promotion, campaign, or other company product to customer
- Keeping records of customer interactions and leads processing
- Understanding in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on-customers' needs and preferences
Yêu cầu
- Minimum education is Diploma (D3) or equivalent
- Experienced at least 1 year in Telesales or related field
- Willing to work with target
- Comfortable using computer and any technology devices
- Interest on customer success field
