JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, administrative tasks, and a solid understanding of C&B processes. As a key member of our HR department, you will support the overall HR function and ensure smooth operations in the Ha Noi Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, phone interviews and onboarding of new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files and managing the attendance of all employees in the Ha Noi office
Organize company activities in the Ha Noi Office: monthly birthday, quarterly parties, Xmas parties
Check and input the courier list monthly
Stock refreshments for the Ha Noi office
Handle general office administration tasks
C&B support as needed
Daily and monthly reports.
BOD Support:
Support verbal communication between English and Vietnamese during meetings, negotiations, and customer interactions for BOD
Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
