Commercial responsibility:
1. Responsible for the financial result of the Sea Import & Export Reefer profit centres related to the assigned geographical areaResponsible for achieving budget targets defined for the departmentResponsible for correct and compliant Bordero handlingResponsible for set-up and continuous improvement of work-flow and operational procedures within the departmentMonitors KPIs and takes corrective actions if needed
Product responsibility:
Manages company’s Reefer business within the assigned geographical area, including it’s niche segments if applicable (e.g. Pharma, Flexi Tank, Tank Container, Foodstuff, Perishables, etc)Implements corporate and national product strategy and SOPs within own departmentDevelops the business within own profit centre-gain additional business from existing or new clientsSources and negotiates buying conditions (prices and space allocations) with third parties for business in chargeIssues obligatory instructions and information towards own team, monitors complianceDevelops quality constantly, also in view of IFS, GDP and ISO certificationsManages and develops global agent relationships for business in charge, in coordination with the functional superior
