Key account Executive will handle / manage multiple key accounts for our Modern trade and General trade wholesale dealsin order to sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients without compromising on the quality of services providedand at the same time, should be able to develop relationships with potential clientswhich in the end, can ensure the company's revenue growth.
Key account Executive Job Responsibilities
· Play a larger role in attracting and retaining clients.
· Work closely with existing and prospective clients, generate sales leads, closing sales, recognize opportunities, demonstrate products.
· Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
· Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
· Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, sales merchandiser, logistics and finance departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
· Negotiating contracts, Trading Terms with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment.
· Overseeing sales process and facilitating order fulfillment
· Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies periodically
· Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
