關於 Capital Layer (CL) Capital Layer致力成為各國銀行間的數位資產橋樑，我們提供垂直整合的穩定幣結算解決方案，涵蓋 HSM/MPC 混合資產託管、穩定幣On/off ramp以及業務引擎。在 CL，我們不只是在做軟體，我們更是重新定義跨境金融與數位貨幣的清結算標準。 工作內容 客製化需求交付：擔任銀行端專案的產品負責人，從需求訪談、PRD 撰寫到最後的交付驗收，主導整個生命週期。POC 實戰引領：主導 POC (Proof of Concept) 產品可行性探索，負責定義驗證指標與情境設計，確保 CL 的資產託管與結算模組能與銀行既有系統及合規環境快速接軌並達成可行性驗證。模組化方案設計：運用 CL 的 API Terminal 與 Plug-in 設計理念，為銀行設計符合其運作邏輯的客製化功能（如特定的多人聯署策略、地端數據報表系統）。跨團隊溝通協作：帶領敏捷小組（工程師與測試人員），在開發框架下確保客製化功能的開發進度與品質。技術與商務對接：與 SI 的 IT 與合規部門對接，確保解決方案符合銀行的資安要求。產品反饋閉環：將客製化過程中的共通性需求抽象化，回饋給核心產品團隊，協助提升 CL 標準化產品的競爭力。

獨立審查、草擬及商業合約，包含 SaaS 服務協議、合作備忘錄（MOU）及保密協議（NDA）。提供產品開發、行銷及商務拓展等部門即時法律諮詢，協助識別並降低法律風險。建立及維護合約管理機制，制定合約範本與標準審查流程。確保公司營運符合個人資料保護法（個資法）、資安相關法規。協助處理智慧財產權事務，包含商標申請、著作權管理及技術授權。支援公司融資、股權架構調整等資本運作所需法律文件準備。視需要協調外部律師事務所，有效控管法律支出。

We are looking for our first QA Engineer to join the team. This is a 0-to-1 role where you will define how quality is built, measured, and protected across our platform. As a Fintech product where accuracy directly impacts user assets, we are looking for a QA Engineer who can work independently, identify risks early, and make pragmatic quality decisions while moving at startup speed. We value candidates who are AI-native, using AI responsibly to increase testing depth and efficiency without compromising security. - Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Framework Strategy (0 → 1) Establish QA processes from scratch, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, and acceptance criteria. Define release quality gates and support go/no-go decisions with clear risk assessments. 2. Risk-Based End-to-End Testing Prioritize testing based on business impact, asset risk, and failure probability. Validate end-to-end user flows across services, wallets, and external dependencies. 3. Manual to Automation Evolution Perform thorough manual testing in early stages, focusing on core logic and critical paths. Design a practical roadmap for test automation as the product and architecture stabilize. 4. Static Testing Cross-Functional Collaboration Review PRDs, specs, and designs early with PMs and Developers to identify logical gaps before implementation. Communicate quality risks clearly and effectively across teams. 5. Defect Quality Management Own defect tracking, triage, and reporting processes. Provide quality insights to support release planning and prioritization. 6. Non-Functional Quality Awareness Identify and raise risks related to performance, reliability, and system stability, especially when relying on third-party services.

Verify the feasibility of integrating third-party services or new technologies and turn abstract requirements into interactive applications in record time.Research Knowledge Handover: Use AI to accelerate technical documentation reading and solution comparison. You are responsible for the "0 to 1" exploration and must write comprehensive developer documentation (including Context setup) to ensure the "1 to 100" main team can smoothly integrate your work.AI Workflow Architecture: You won’t just write code; you will design the flows that allow AI to write code for you. You will build and maintain Prompt Templates and Agent Toolchains suitable for RD tasks.
