Job Intro

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate/Senior/Middle Recruitment Consultant located in Jakarta, Indonesia with flexibility for hybrid work. The consultant will be responsible for daily recruitment processes, including doing business development, keep up-to-date with market news, consulting with clients, interviewing candidates, and communicating with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating partnerships and driving growth for the business in Indonesia and the surrounding region.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate with Recruitment, Consulting, Sales skills
• Experience in project management and driving business growth
• Having a proven track record for establishing new clients (For Senior/Mid Role)
• Excellent interviewing skills and experience
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on both verbal and written communication
• Effective recruiting skills, with experience in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
